The Firm's real estate practice includes acquisitions and dispositions, retail, commercial, entertainment and office leases, ground leases, construction contracts, tax-deferred exchanges, zoning and land use planning, environmental and all aspects of real property and ownership development. We assist clients with housing (including affordable housing and condominiums), subdivisions and commercial and industrial projects such as office buildings, hotels and shopping centers, as well as large scale mixed use projects, asset pools, master planned communities, redevelopment and public/private partnerships.
