We Know the Territory
BWCA assisted with obtaining local agency and Department of Real Estate approvals
and creating of the Homeowners Association governing documents for Sundance,
a community of two-story town homes in Santa Clarita.
The firm represented Western Pacific Housing in structuring, documenting and balancing the mixed-use nature of the Sterling Hills residential golf course community in the City of Camarillo, which included developments such as The Masters, a private, gated community of single-family homes.
BWCA assists clients such as Crescent Heights with acquisition, financing, compliance
with state regulations and local ordinances and sales documentation for luxury
high-rise condominiums. Recent projects include The Remington and The Grand
