H. Wallenstein to Shareholder effective February 1, 2008.
Mr. Wallenstein has been with the firm since 2001, after serving
as a summer associate in 2000. He has substantial trial and appellate experience
in real estate, commercial, and municipal litigation, representing a diverse
group of clients including major railroads, real estate developers, and public
entities. Mr. Wallenstein graduated summa cum laude from Southwestern
University School of Law in December 2000. He received a B.A. from University
of California, Santa Cruz in 1985, and an M.F.A. from California Institute
of Arts in 1989.
