Brown Winfield Canzoneri Abram Inc. Elevates Wallenstein to Shareholder

January 10, 2008 Los Angeles- Brown Winfield Canzoneri Abram Inc. ("BWCA") announced today that it has elevated associate Michael H. Wallenstein to Shareholder effective February 1, 2008.

Mr. Wallenstein has been with the firm since 2001, after serving as a summer associate in 2000. He has substantial trial and appellate experience in real estate, commercial, and municipal litigation, representing a diverse group of clients including major railroads, real estate developers, and public entities. Mr. Wallenstein graduated summa cum laude from Southwestern University School of Law in December 2000. He received a B.A. from University of California, Santa Cruz in 1985, and an M.F.A. from California Institute of Arts in 1989.
